If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, colour, category or style.

Can I track my order?
ANSWER

Can I exchange/return an item that I bought in a FAZZALI STORE or online store?
ANSWER:

 

  • You may exchange merchandise purchased at a FAZZALI STORE OR AUTHORISED STORES.
  • Purchases made at any store should be returned to the same  store in the same country. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition when sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  • Online purchases can be returned but within the courier company delivered the order not through stores, paying only the shipping fees.  Refunds must be processed through Instagram/ Facebook or Whatsapp originally purchased.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from FAZZALI to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered.

We mainly focus on creating a wide range of Black and White Shirts as these colors will never go out of fashion , suit all colors and styles, staple and timeless essential colors and we also provide additional colored collections for special seasons.

We are using exclusive fabric 92 percent Cotton and 8 percent Lycra and some items are 100% pf the finest  cotton Quality , our fabrics designed specifically for our brand, the production line of the fabrics are certified with the ISO 9001/2008 as it’s suitable for all types of skins and sensitive skin.

Can I change or refund Item?
ANSWER:
Yes you can as long as the product is not used and in the same condition as you received it, the refund process is through the first 14 days only and you pay the shipping.
